i enjoyed a clean and quiet room even though it was in a central location. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the availability of free coffee in the lounge and refillable water bottles on each floor. the location was perfect, close to grand central terminal.
the website mentioned 24 hour room service, but it was unavailable. the room lacked a refrigerator. the coffee maker was not working .

the location was acceptable, near grand central station.
I experienced multiple issues . the air conditioning did not work. It heated the room instead of cooling it. the water station outside did NOT provide cold water. The cleaning lady said she would inform reception, but nothing happened.

The location was great. It was close to grand central station. i appreciated the free water on every floor. the roof terrace provided nice views and complimentary coffee.
I found a lack of staff presence upon arrival. requesting housekeeping services felt necessary. Amenities were not automatically replenished. the bathroom had a broken shower handle.

the staff at the front desk was helpful, assisting with directions and luggage storage. the 27th-floor lounge provided complimentary coffee and soda water throughout the day. the location was excellent, near grand central terminal.
the bathroom electricity plug was not working, so i had to use the one in the main room to dry my hair.

loud hissingrude staff
The location was fine. the room itself was disappointing. the toilet made a loud hissing sound every few minutes (even at night i could hear it). getting assistance from the front desk proved difficult. They rarely answered the phone. some staff members were also quite rude, a problem i don't usually experience (maybe it was an off week?).
